“ We received gender results a week early 22725 and although we had a gender reveal planned, my husband and I decided last minute we wanted to go to dinner and do our own special little gender reveal. I didnt get out of work until 4pm and started to call bakeries and grocery store bakeries to ask if they had 1 premade cupcake that they could add blue or pink frosting to. I called stores for a half hour and was told we cant do that tonight, I dont know how to do that, we dont do that here, you have to order in advance. I was asking for 1 one cupcake to have frosting added to it. And while some bakeries closed around 5, others were open until 7, 8 or 9pm. I called Big Y in Groton and Stephen picked up in the bakery. I asked if he could add the frosting to a cupcake and he was more than willing to do so. He was pleasant and accommodating and said he would get it ready then at 450pm. Because of his willingness to prepare that 1 cupcake, we went to dinner at a beautiful restaurant and shared a moment we will remember forever. When we opened the box, the cupcake was beautiful, perfectly frosted with white frosting. We set up our phone to record us cutting it in half and when we did, all the staff at the restaurant were off to the side watching unknown to us and started to cheer. I just wanted to take the time to thank Stephen andor any staff in the bakery that helped with this request. You are so appreciated and your store location is fortunate to have a person like you work for them. Thank you. ”
